Step by Step Instructions
For this project use the prepared grungeboard book set or you could make your own using blank sheets of the grungeboard. Choose the mister colours you wish to use
The Shimmer Mists are best stored lying down. When you start to use them you need to waken the mica up. So shake and mix all the mica in. This is done by shaking and tapping the bottle until it`s all mixed through
It will then look like this and be ready to be used. Repeat and do this with all the Shimmers you are using in this project and then just give them a final shake before using them each time
Starting with your darker colour first mist the front cover.
Then using the dark green do the same again with the lighter green and blue. Dab and blend all the colours together. Add more colour if needed
Your finished page will then look like this.
If you are not 100% happy with the colour go back and add more as you wish
Complete the fronts and backs of all the pages and allow them to dry. If you wish to add sentiments or words to your book a nice way is to cut these pages using your Nestibility die as it matches the shape of the book. I have edged these with a Ranger gold pen
Using the Swirl stamp, stamp the edges of the plain die cut sheets with archival black and then quickly emboss with your golden meadow embossing powder
Attach your panels into your book and then finish your book with the two fasteners that come with the kit
Add some coordinating embellishments to the front of the book to finish your project off.
